LNER Community Stadium ticket holders should use the Monks Cross Park & Ride, which has 400 parking spaces. For most events, passes for the park & ride car park can be purchased in advance via the event organisers - and this is strongly encouraged - but match day visitors may be able to pay on arrival at smaller events, subject to availability.
The LNER Community Stadium is surrounded by multiple car parks, but visitors should note that these car parks are not for match day ticket holders. The North car park (accessed via Jockey Lane) is for non-match day or leisure centre visitors; stadium ticket holders should not use this car park on match days. Similarly, the stadium's East car park (off Kathryn Avenue) is for staff and stadium personnel only, and should not be used by match day ticket holders. The South car park (officially part of the cinema complex) and Vangarde Shopping Park car parks should also not be used by ticket holders on match days; there will be stricter parking time limits in force within these car parks on match days.
There are also parking restrictions on local and residential roads surrounding the stadium. Instead, visitors not using Monks Cross P&R, should park closer to York city centre, and use public transport to access the stadium.
Disabled parking
There are dedicated accessible parking spaces set aside at all stadium events, but disabled persons who wish to park at the stadium should contact the stadium ticket office directly in advance of their visit: +44 (0) 1904-942-232.

York station is the city's principal train station; it is located in the city centre, just 15 minutes away from the LNER Community Stadium by taxi, or 30 minutes by bus. Taxis often frequent the station, so it is easy to catch a ride to the venue, and the number 9 bus (Monks Cross park & ride route) departs from just outside the station exit.
If you enjoy a leisurely walk before your sporting events, it is only a 4.8 km (58 min) walk to the stadium from the station, but this may not be the best option for everyone.
