Como Sports Events
Como 1907, the local football club, competes in the Italian league system, with matches held at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia.
The city also hosts the ATP Challenger Tour event, the Città di Como Challenger to the clay courts of the Circolo Tennis Como. Water sports also feature prominently, thanks to Lake Como's scenic setting. Cycling is celebrated with the Giro di Lombardia, periodically passing through Como's challenging routes and picturesque landscapes.
