Aintree Racecourse has parking for up to 1800 cars. On racedays other than the Grand National, parking is free. For the Grand National Festival, car parking is limited and must be purchased in advance. There are 2 main car parks:

• Steeplechase Car Park - on the far side of the course
• County Car Park - outside the Aintree Pavilion and near the Grand National Avenue Entrance

To enquire or make a booking, call the Booking Line on 0344 579 3001. Parking needs to be pre-booked and is not available for purchase on the day.

There is a taxi rank accessed on Warbreck Moor.

Aintree can be reached by bus on services: 300, 310 and 345 both to and from Liverpool.

Aintree Racecourse can be easily reached via Merseyrail linking to Liverpool Central where connections can be made across the country. Alight at Aintree station, which is a 483 m (6 min) walk to the racecourse.

Aintree Racecourse in located in the Aintree neighbourhood of Liverpool and there is plenty to see and do within walking distance of the racecourse including eateries, bars, and shops.
