The Gonet Geneva Open is an annual men's tennis tournament, which has been part of the ATP 250 tour since 2015, when it replaced the Düsseldorf Open. Founded in 1980, 35 years prior to its entry on the ATP 250 circuit, the competition was held every year until 1991. After the 1991 edition, the Geneva Open became an ATP Challenger event, before it was restored to its former glory in time for the 2015 tournament. Since its rebirth, the Geneva Open has flourished: as one of the final men's tournaments before the main draw of Roland-Garros gets underway, the Geneva Open often attracts top male players looking to hone their clay court prowess in preparation for the French Grand Slam.
Former Geneva Open champions include Björn Borg, Mats Wilander, Henri Leconte, Stan Wawrinka, and Casper Ruud.
Geneva Open Tickets
Tickets for the Geneva Open are available in 3 ranked categories: Category 3 tickets are the most affordable, whilst Category 1 seats have the best views. Tickets across all 3 categories can be purchased as day tickets, which entitle the holder to a reserved Center Court for an entire day's play, or as multi-day tickets, which allow holders to reserve the same seat for all 8 days of the tournament, or the final 2 days.
Please note that during the qualifying day (first Saturday), there is no play on Center Court; Category 1 tickets serve as general admission grounds tickets on this date.
Category 1 adult tickets are initially available at a discounted price.
