If you want to order tickets in the barrier-free areas in Deutsche Bank Park, you have to register once with the disabled fan support. For this, the club needs a completed registration form and a copy of your disability card. You can send both to the following e-mail address:  behindertentickets@eintrachtfrankfurt.de. After the documents have been successfully checked by the support team for the disabled, you will be activated in the system for online ticketing for the barrier-free areas and can then order tickets online.
