To purchase official tickets for Fenerbahce and other Turkish Super Lig teams, you will require a Passolig Card and the Passo App. To apply for a Passolig Card, you will need to upload your name, passport number, phone number, and photo. Non-Turkish residents will have to pre-pay to load funds onto the card, which can also be used for shopping.
Once you have successfully applied for the card, you will be able to use the app to purchase tickets for Turkish matches of your choosing.
