Children 17 and under are entitled to free general Grounds admission (no ticket required) alongside a ticketed adult.
Children aged 17 and under may also enter Eat Great Trail hospitality suites for free, but those 18 and older will require a ticket. Discounted Eat Great Trail tickets for young people between the ages of 18 and 20 will be available to purchase for $20 each at the Dow Championship's main admissions gate or online.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

All military personnel and veterans can order a Veterans Suite Hospitality ticket online. These tickets grant the ticket holder and 1 guest access to the Veterans Hospitality Suite on each day of the event and includes 1 meal and 1 beverage (1 hot dog or hamburger and 1 soft drink each) Wednesday through Saturday.
Veterans will be required to show valid military ID and driver's licence at the main admissions gate.
There are no discounted tickets for disabled visitors and so a full-priced ticket must be purchased.

Free event parking is located at Dow Diamond baseball stadium (825 E. Main St., Midland, MI 48640), which is 3.0 km (36 min) walk from the venue, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. On Saturday, parking will be located at The East End Employee Parking Lots (715 E Main St., Midland, MI 48640).
Shuttles will continuously transport spectators between the car parks and the venue throughout each day.
Bicycle parking is located off W St Andrews Road, to the right of admissions and the shuttle drop-off area.
