The Chicago Bears are a professional American football team based in Chicago, Illinois. The Bears compete in the NFL's NFC North division, and play their home games at Soldier Field in Downtown Chicago.
Chicago Bears History
The Chicago Bears are one of only 2 remaining franchises from the NFL's founding in 1920, along with the Arizona Cardinals, who were also originally established in Chicago. Over the course of their long history, the Bears have enjoyed much success, including victory in the 1986 Super Bowl. The Bears returned to the "Big Game" in 2007, but were defeated by the Indianapolis Colts.
With a passionate following and a new stadium set to open in 2028, the Chicago Bears are all set up to bring another Lombardi Trophy back to the Windy City. Drafted in 2024, new franchise quarterback Caleb Williams will lead the charge, hoping to emulate the success of past Bears greats like Walter Payton, Mike Ditka, and William Perry.
