Children aged 2 and under are permitted to attend the tournament for free, without a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of a ticket-holder.
Children aged 16 and under are eligible for free General Admission (300 Level) tickets which can be collected at the tournament ticket office by an adult ticket holder upon arrival; pre-booking these child passes is not required, however an adult General Admission ticket for the same day or session is required, in order to collect a child pass.
Children of all ages must be accompanied by an adult ticket-holder at all times.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Discounted Terrace Seating (200 Level) and General Admission (300 Level) single session tickets can be purchased online for seniors aged 65 and older.
Military personnel are eligible for discounted tickets for select sessions, from Monday 1 - Sunday 7 April. These tickets cannot be purchased online, however. United States Tennis Association (USTA) members are also eligible for discounted Terrace Seating (200 Level) and General Admission (300 Level) single session tickets - use the code "USTASC" at Ticketmaster checkout. Please note that documentation proving one's USTA membership may be required to redeem the discount or collect tickets.

Paid parking
There are 5 parking lots – numbered 1 to 5 – reserved for visitors with event parking passes or inclusive parking privileges. These lots are located along Island Farm Drive, Seven Farms Drive, and Fairbanks Drive, all within a 650 m (8 min) walk of the venue entrance. Spectators with parking passes should approach via the junction of Seven Farms Drive and Island Park Drive; from there they will be directly to their specific lot.
Free parking
There are 2 parking lots for general admission car parking, which can be used free of charge by attendees who do not have parking included with their tournament tickets:
During tennis events at the Tennis Center, both lots are served by shuttle buses which take spectators between the lots and the venue entrance. The shuttle buses run from 1 hour before the gates open, until 1 hour after the end of the day's final match.
Disabled-accessible (ADA) parking
Disabled persons who wish to travel to the venue by car should approach via the junction of Seven Farms Drive and Island Park Drive. From there they will be directed to dedicated handicap parking spaces located in close proximity to the venue entrance. Please note that disabled persons may be required to present valid disability parking paperwork (for most attendees based in the USA, for example, this will be a state-issued registration plate or hangtag).
From central Charleston it takes approximately 20-25 minutes to travel to the Tennis Center, and from Charleston International Airport it takes closer to 15 minutes.
There is a taxi and rideshare drop-off and pick-up point located at the Publix supermarket, a 450 m (5 min) walk from the Tennis Center.
Charleston's main long-distance bus and coach hub, which is located at Charleston train station, is a 15-minute taxi journey from the Tennis Center.
Charleston train station, which is served by Amtrak services, is located on the other side of the Cooper River, however it is only 15 minutes away by taxi.
Those travelling to the Tennis Center from downtown Charleston can make use of the Daniel Island ferry. The ferry runs from the Waterfront Park area (Concord Street) in downtown to the jetty on River Landing Drive, Daniel Island. From River Landing Drive it is just a 1.5 km (18 min) walk to the Tennis Center. Ferries also run back to downtown, from Daniel Island.
There are free-to-use bike racks located by the main entrance to the venue.
As Daniel Island is connected to the rest of Charleston via the non-pedestrianised Mark Clark Expressway, walking to the venue is only recommended if you are travelling from elsewhere on Daniel Island.
