Children 35" tall and below generally do not need a ticket to enter the arena, provided the child sits on the lap of an adult. Children 36" and over in height will require a full-price ticket.

Accessible tickets are available for purchase online; simply select the accessibility filter upon clicking through to the supplier. They can also be purchased at the venue's Box Office between 10:00 and 17:00 Monday through Friday. The Box Office only opens on Saturdays and Sundays when they are event days; in this case it opens at noon and closes at the end of the event. Tickets may be purchased at the Inside Box Office lobby across from Section 111 during events. Tickets for accessible seating are also available by calling 1-866-4HOU-TIX.There are no discounted tickets for disabled visitors and so a full-priced ticket must be purchased.
