As one of Belgium’s major cities, expect Antwerp’s accommodation to be relatively expensive overall, but you will find a good number of well-appointed hostels if you are on a budget.
You are not permitted to bring outside food in with you to the Lotto Arena, however, for most events there are concessions stands in the foyer on the first and second floors which sell a range of food and drink - including classic Belgian fries!
If you wish to get something outside the venue before or after your event, some of the restaurants and cafes on Lange Lobroekstraat offer a shuttle service to and from the arena. For those who prefer to walk, Lange Lobroekstraat is only a 900 metre (10 minute) walk from the venue.
All visitors are encouraged to enter the Lotto Arena via entrance 14, on the building's left side. Colour-coded seating areas (different to the event-specific ticketing categories) are then signposted, and spectators should follow them as follows:
There are parking spaces set aside to the north of the venue, for visitors with limited mobility. You can book these disabled parking spaces via telephone: +32 (0) 3-400-00-34. You must have a recognised disability card with you in order to be eligible for these spaces - this can be clarified with the organisers and venue team via that phone number.
Wheelchair users are encouraged to enter the venue via entrance 14, along with all other spectators.
Lotto Arena has a capacity of approximately 5,218. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
