Long queue in the morning. Luckily I’m not really hype on the event. Check in process very smooth.

It was great but the queueing to enter was disappointing. I hope next year onwards or better yet Malaysia Masters later there will be a special lane for VIP and Superfans. Many people that bought Superfans said the same thing. Impossible buying at such expensive price yet have to queue with others. If so people might just buy premium or upper or low tier right? Just hope to see some changes. Overall it’s good just the queueing and to purchase food too long. Hope to see there’s other fast food store such as KFC, MCD, A&W. Hope you guys read this feedback. Thank you so much.

I prefer number seat as I’m attending early also no seat available.

Really good event. The only negative thing, is the bad comfort while sitting in The arena and the chaos entre at The semi final.

Nice people and good service

Always a fantastic atmosphere. Great games of Badminton and a chance to watch all the international stars in action. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the sport and even those new to the sport
