Sydney Olympic Park is less than 20 km from Sydney airport, in west Sydney, and can be accessed from within the metropolitan area by public transport, as well as car if necessary.

If travelling by car, the Olympic Park can be easily accessed via Homebush Bay Drive. You will see signs for the Park on the M4 (if travelling from the east or west), and on Victoria Road (from the north).
On-site parking can be booked by clicking here – there are more than half a dozen official Sydney Olympic Park car parks. The closest car park to the Tennis Centre is P7, which is located a mere 50 m (1 min) walk from the venue.
Accessible parking is available in car park P1, where there are 179 spaces set aside for disabled visitors. There is also a small number of accessible road parking on Showground Road, Dawn Fraser Avenue West, and Herb Elliot Avenue. Disability permits or similar should be displayed at all times.
There are short-stay car parking spaces which are suitable for drop-offs located along Olympic Boulevard, barely a 200 m (2 min) walk from the Tennis Centre.
Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre is easily accessed by bus, with several routes from throughout Sydney stopping nearby:
Olympic Park Station is only a 950 m (11 min) walk from the Tennis Centre itself, and is well-connected to Sydney as part of the T7 train line. Services to and from the city centre take only 30 minutes.
Lidcombe station is also well-connected, and can be used as an interchange for other services. It is a 3.6 km (43 min) walk from the Tennis Centre, but you can also catch the 401 bus service.
Sydney Olympic Park is home to numerous food and drink outlets, including a couple within a stone's throw of the Tennis Centre; there is a cafe in the Tennis Centre Pro Shop by Rod Laver Drive, and the Legends Cafe at the netball Sports Centre is also only a few minutes walk away from the tennis facilities. The Oliver Brown cafe at the intersection of Sarah Durack Avenue and Olympic Boulevard is also not far away.
Alcohol can be brought onto the Park grounds, but is only to be consumed in moderation. Rules surrounding the consumption of alcohol may differ during tournaments and events, and is more tightly restricted inside the Olympic Park venues themselves.
There are plenty of water fountains dotted around the Park, and at least 3 sets located within a short distance of the Tennis Centre. These can be found along Rod Laver Drive, as well as on Olympic Boulevard, just a few metres north of Ken Rosewall Arena.
The Tennis Centre is integrated into the southern portion of the wider Olympic Park, so the outdoor courts are easy enough to navigate. To enter Ken Rosewall Arena, access the venue via Olympic Boulevard and Shirley Strickland Avenue.
The closest general toilets are located at car park P4 in the Park's south-west corner, and by the Oliver Brown cafe at the intersection of Sarah Durack Avenue and Olympic Boulevard. There are also toilets located in Ken Rosewall Arena itself.

Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf is located at the north tip of the Park, and is a 4.3 km (52 min) walk from the Tennis Centre. Services take approximately 30 minutes to reach the city's famous harbour - simply embark at Circular Quay in the shadow of the world-famous Opera House!
There are several bike racks located throughout the Park, so you're never short on places to leave your bike. The closest racks to the Tennis Centre are located on Shirley Strickland Avenue, just yards away from Ken Rosewall Arena.
It is pleasant to walk around Sydney Olympic Park, and you are never far from Sydney's picturesque waterways! Although is may not be feasible to make the entire journey to the Tennis Centre on foot, for example if you are travelling from one of Sydney's outer suburbs, it is well worth making at least part of your journey on foot! From nearby areas, such as Auburn, Burwood, and Ryde, it is not too long a walk - often less than 6.0 km (72 min).
