There are good road links and public parking is available at the venue, so driving is a great way to get there. Public parking is available in Centre Car Park (enter via the roundabout on the corner of Kambrook Road and Glen Eira Road).
Members’ parking is available in Members’ Centre Car Park (enter via the roundabout on the corner of Kambrook Road and Glen Eira Road) and Guineas Car Park (via Gate 20, Normanby Road).
Make sure you have your Members’ Car Park Pass with you. All car parks are alcohol-free zones. Please contact the racecourse on 1300 GO RACE (46 7223) if you have any questions about parking.
Bus is a popular way to reach Caulfield Racecourse because of its connections with multiple routes:
Caulfield Racecourse is served by Caulfield Train Station which is just a 140 m (2 min) walk to the course. The station links to central Melbourne (from Bairnsdale or Traralgon), Cranbourne, Frankston, Pakenham.
You can also reach the racecourse via tram line 3/3a which stops at Caulfield Railway Sation/Derby Rd #57 which is a 500 m (6 min) walk to the course.

Strictly no alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into the venue. Food and beverages are not to be brought into the Medallion Bar, the Caulfield Wine Bar featuring T’Gallant, 1876, and other members’ bars or dining areas. Please note that on family days, designated dry zones exist around children’s activities and entertainment.
The racecourse and car parks generally open approximately 1 hour before the first race on standard race days and 2 hours before the first races during the Caulfield Cup Carnival.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the venue in all areas.
Baby change facilities are available in the First Aid Building located adjacent to the Race Day Office as well as on concourse level of Members’ Reserve, located behind Tulloch Corner.
Caulfield Racecourse has a capacity of approximately 46,800. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
