The Bislett Games is always popular with track and field fans, and the event returns to Oslo on 30 May 2024 in the newest year of Diamond League competition.
Promising a packed day of entertainment for spectators, the programme features 14 different events. Men compete in 100 m, 400 m, 1500 m, and 5000 m races, plus 400 m hurdles, pole vault, triple jump, and discus throw. Women’s events include 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, and 3000 m races, plus 400 m hurdles and discus throw.
Manny world records have been set at the Bislett Games. Fans attending in 2024 may well see history made at Bislett Stadium! In 2021, Norway’s Karsten Warholm delighted his local support by setting a new world record in the men’s 400 m hurdles, with a time of 46.70.
Tickets for the 2024 edition of the Games are on sale now, so act fast to secure your place in Oslo in May. Spectators can choose from several areas in the stadium, each with different views of the various track and field events.
Standard adult tickets start from NOK kr 395 (USD $39). Child tickets start from kr 195 ($USD 19) and are available for anyone aged 15 years old or below.
