First held in 1881 as a men’s-only event, and then expanded in 1892 to include a women’s draw, the National Bank Open is the third-oldest tennis tournament in the world, and, as a joint ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 competition, is still one of the most prestigious on the professional tour. Uniquely held across 2 Canadian cities, Montréal and Toronto, simultaneously, the event is today divided into a men’s tournament and a women’s tournament, with the competitions alternating between host cities each year. The 2023 National Bank Open will take place from 5 to 13 August, with the men’s ATP event touching-down at Toronto’s Sobeys Stadium, and the women’s even being held at Stage IGA, in Montréal. Following the opening of ticket sales for the Women’s National Bank Open, full ticket sales are now also underway for the men’s event.
Centre Court tickets are available to purchase as single session tickets, or as hospitality-inclusive multi-session or tournament-long series package tickets. Single session tickets entitle the holder to a reserved seat for a day or night session, with prices starting at CAD $20 in the Blue (300 Level) seating sections. If one session isn’t enough, multi-session tickets, which entitle the holder to the same reserved seat for between 3 and 4 sessions, might be a more attractive option; prices begin at $330 in Bronze seating, for a Mid-Week multi-session package. For those who want to see every minute of the NBO action though, a Premium Series Package ticket, which provides the same reserved seat for all tournament sessions, is the way to go. Premium Series Package prices start $1,277, in Bronze seating.
