Tomorrow, on Saturday 26 November, WWE will stage its final pay-per-view (PPV) of 2022. Taking place at TD Garden in Boston, Survivor Series: WarGames will bring another year of exciting premium live events to a close. However, while fans might have to wait until January for their next PPV, WWE has confirmed its calendar for the months ahead, and there is plenty to look forward to.
While weekly shows Raw and SmackDown will touch down in the likes of Providence, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Milwaukee in December, WWE will also embark on its popular Holiday Tour, which will include special events at New York’s Madison Square Garden on 26 December and in Toronto on 30 December. With tickets available from $25, it’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.

Unlike many sports, there is no offseason in professional wrestling, so a new year means more new events. 2023 is already shaping up to be a landmark year for WWE as Paul Levesque (known inside the ring as Triple H) looks to shape the company in his own image after being elevated to the position of Chief Content Officer in 2022. Kicking off the New Year will be SmackDown and Raw shows in Nashville, Memphis, Green Bay, and Birmingham, while house shows like Saturday Night’s Main Event and Sunday Stunner will return to the great states of Kentucky and Mississippi.
Arguably the highlight of January will be the last week of the month when WWE will celebrate Raw’s 30th anniversary at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, before all eyes turn to the Royal Rumble, and the true start of the Road to WrestleMania. On 28 January 2023, the Royal Rumble will air from the Alamodome in San Antonio, as 2 wrestlers – one man and one woman – seal their spot in the main event of WrestleMania by winning the rumble.

In the months that follow, WWE will travel across the United States and Canada as tension builds towards the “Showcase of the Immortals” in early April. In February, the company’s Elimination Chamber PPV will take place in Montreal for the first time, while Raw and SmackDown will journey through Brooklyn, Evansville, and Ottawa. February will also see the beginning of WWE’s Road to WrestleMania tour, giving fans across the country the chance to see their favourite stars in smaller venues before they battle for glory at WrestleMania in Los Angeles on 1–2 April.
