The Ducks have fierce rivalries with both of the other Californian teams: the Los Angeles Kings and the San Jose Sharks. The former is particularly intense due to the small distance between the side.
The Anaheim Ducks are a professional ice hockey team based in Anaheim in California, United States. The Ducks compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference. Their home rink is Honda Center and their mascot is a duck called Wild Wing.
The club was founded in 1993 by The Walt Disney Company as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim; the name was based on the 1992 film The Mighty Ducks about a young hockey team fighting against the odds to become champions. Disney sold the franchise in 2005 to new owners who changed the name to the Anaheim Ducks before the 2006-07 season. The team has won the Stanley Cup once and it was in that 2006-07 season, but due to the links with the film, they have a recognised popularity.
The home venue of Anaheim Ducks is Honda Center in Anaheim. Away games will usually be played at the rival team's home venue.
Tickets for Anaheim Ducks regular season games typically go on sale when the NHL schedule is published in the off-season summer months. Should the Ducks reach the NHL playoffs, tickets will be made available soon after the end of the regular season, however, in some cases, tickets may be sold in advance of this. Please note that during the NHL playoffs, best-of-7 series are played and tickets may be sold for a game that is subsequently not played: in this case, customers will be entitled to a refund from the provider.
NHL preseason tickets can be purchased when the fixtures are decided.
Anaheim Ducks tickets can be purchased at the arena's box office which is open Monday-Friday 10:00-15:00 and closed on holidays. Please note that hours of operation on event days will vary. You can also buy your tickets online and this is generally more convenient as you can find the ticket that best suits your needs, compare prices, and secure a seat before arriving at the arena. Koobit provides links to purchase tickets online directly from official suppliers and resellers.

Stunning building with good facilities. Food and drink prices seem to have gone up a fair bit lately and sometimes staff are a bit short with fans which seems silly as we're paying a lot to be there and buy stuff there. Really easy to get to the Saddledome probably most so of all NHL venues. Nice to see well-behaved fans even with alcohol being served. Good place to go for families
The system for parking impressed me greatly. Ready to get stopped early and stroll across the road for a pleasant supper at the Bistro. The arena is good and seating OK. Most of the staff is helpful. For just over $100 a seat, you can still get excellent seats that are close to the ice but not behind the goals. The facility's audio and lighting are both excellent. They even had recycling bins around.
Went to a Ducks-LA Kings game last season and the atmosphere was epic! Staff were great and we found our seats on the Plaza level quickly. Everything clean. Had a little trouble with parking but was all fine in the end and we had arrived early enough. GO DUCKS
Went with a big group and it was the first time many of them had seen a hockey game and it was a good place to go see it. They loved the experience and we all really enjoyed our evening. Everyone very comfortable with their seat and all had good views. Restrooms are clean. Food choices are good. Would recommend
