The Alfred Dunhill Championship is a professional men's golf event, co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour and the Sunshine Tour. It was established in 2000 to replace the South African PGA Championship, and along with the South African Open it is one of the country's flagship golf events, attracting some of the world's best players.
Indeed, among its former winners are major winners Ernie Els, Charl Schwartzel – who has won it a record 4 times – Justin Rose, and Adam Scott.
