The World Wide Technology Championship is a professional men's golf tournament, part of the PGA Tour. Inaugurated in 2007 as the Mayakoba Golf Classic, this is famously the first-ever PGA event hosted in Mexico and the first North American PGA event to be held outside of the United States or Canada.
Formerly held at El Camaleón Golf Course in Mayakoba, it has found a new home in Los Cabos.
The event – which is popular with the players and spectators alike – has raised more than $3 million for charity since its inception.
Austin Eckroat is the defending champion in 2025; he won by a single stroke in 2024 ahead of Justin Lower and Carson Young.
