There is a large amount of free car parking for Winston-Salem Open spectators at the adjacent Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium lot, which can be accessed via Deacon Boulevard, and is located an approximately 225 m (3 min) walk from the Tennis Complex. Spectators using satellite navigation systems or similar should use the following address: 499 Deacon Boulevard, Winston-Salem, NC 27105.

It takes less than 10 minutes to travel by taxi to the venue from central Winston-Salem, or from Smith Reynolds Airport in the north of the city. From the Wake Forest University's main campus the journey can take as little as 4 minutes.

Taxi and rideshare drop-offs can be conducted on many of the roads around the Tennis Complex, as there are many small university lots and side-streets. Stopping for a short time within the tournament parking area (Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium lot) may also be possible, but this should be confirmed by speaking to a parking steward, upon entry.

Travellers requiring longer-distance buses or coaches, or a connecting service in Winston-Salem's city centre, may need to stop at the Clark Campbell Transportation Center, the city's main bus and coach hub. The Transportation Center is less than 10 minutes away from the Tennis Complex by taxi, or 20 minutes away via the 89-New bus. Alternatively, it is a 4.4 km (53 min) walk.
