The Huskies are the football team of the University of Washington in Seattle. They compete in the Football Bowl Subdivision of the NCAA and play in the North Division of the Pac-12 Conference.
Washington claims 2 national titles and 17 conference titles, as well as holding the Football Bowl Subdivision record for the longest unbeaten streak at 64 consecutive games. The program was a charter member of what would become the Pac-12 Conference, and is one of only 2 schools whose membership in the conference has been uninterrupted. Washington is also known as a "Quarterback U" because so many Huskies have found success as quarterbacks in the NFL.
