Children aged 5 and under can attend for free, without a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of a ticket holder.

Discounted tickets in all categories can be purchased online for children aged 15 and under. On Kids' Day (Monday) children aged 15 and under can attend for free, but a complimentary ticket must still be reserved.

All spectators aged 16 and older require a full-price ticket, unless they qualify for any student or school pupil discounts – see the Student information section for details.

Discounted tickets can be purchased online in all categories for students and pupils aged 26 and under. Valid student ID may be required upon entry.

Seniors aged 65 and over are entitled to discounts on all day tickets, and on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday senior tickets also entitle the holder to a free coffee and piece of cake. Valid ID proving one's age may be required upon entry.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

Disabled persons who do not require a wheelchair but are defined by the relevant Austrian authorities as having a disability quotient of GdB50 or higher are eligible for discounted tickets in all categories, which can be purchased online. Each disabled person can also reserve 1 additional ticket free of charge for a companion or carer.

Tickets for wheelchair users are not available to purchase online. Instead, contact the tournament directly by email: office@matchmaker.at.

Members of the Oberösterreichischen Tennisverband (Upper Austrian Tennis Association; OÖTV) and those affiliated with the Oberösterreichische Nachrichten (Upper Austrian News; OÖN) are eligible for discounted tickets in all categories, which can be purchased online. OÖTV license documents or OÖN cards may be required when setting-up a ticketing account, as well as when entering the venue.
