Parking is available in two garages adjacent to the Rhode Island Convention Center (100 m (1 min) walk to Amica Mutual Pavilion) and next to Amica Mutual Pavilion. Located on West Exchange Street, parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Concession stands are located throughout Level 2 (Concourse Level) in the venue, offering a variety of foods from pizza to grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, assorted beers/liquors, soda, and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the arena.
For most events at Amica Mutual Pavilion, doors typically open one hour prior to the event. Patrons are not allowed to exit and re-enter the arena during an event.
Toilets are conveniently located throughout the venue.
Accessible seating is available for all events at the Arena. When purchasing tickets, please mention that you are in need of accessible seating or you can call 401.331.6700 ext.7154 to request accessible seating.
ATM
There are two ATM locations on the premises – one is located inside the building on the concourse across from Section 125/126. The other ATM is accessible from the exterior of the venue on the Hilton side if the building.
Lost and Found
For Lost and Found during an event, please check with Guest Services located on the Concourse (located across from Section 128) to turn in or inquire about lost items. After an event has occurred, please contact Amica Mutual Pavilion at 401.331.0700 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and ask for Lost & Found.
Amica Mutual Pavilion has a capacity of approximately 14,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
