Stillwater Sports Events
Stillwater is home to the Oklahoma State University, which is represented in sport by the Cowboys, an NCAA Division I college football team that plays its home games at the Boone Pickens Stadium. The city is also home to the Cowboys baseball team who play their home games at the O’Brate Stadium, the soccer teams’ Neal Patterson Stadium, and the softball team’s Cowgirl Stadium.
Visiting Stillwater
Stillwater is a small university city situated at the crossroads of Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Home to the Oklahoma State Cowboys, one of the biggest and most revered teams in college sports, Stillwater is always pulsing with the excitement of sports fans. As well as visiting for big games, people come from far and wide to visit the city’s Heritage Hall Museum, which celebrates OSU’s incredible sporting history, and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. While Uptown Stillwater is occupied by the college campus, Downtown Stillwater is a charming historic commercial hub with independent bars, coffee shops, and eateries.
