Located just off I-40 in downtown Oklahoma City, and just minutes away from a number of central hotels and attractions, Paycom Center is easily accessible by car, on foot, or via public transport.

Streetcar is one of the most convenient ways to travel around Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City Streetcar operates 2 routes with multiple stops Downtown. Both routes can be used to access Paycom Center.
Simply take the Downtown Loop or Bricktown Loop, and exit at the Arena stop, which is located directly outside the venue.
Daily Amtrak services connect Oklahoma City with Fort Worth.
Paycom Center is a 300 m (4 min) walk from the city's train station.
Oklahoma City has a full range of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets. Most of the city’s accommodation is concentrated in Downtown OKC along with its top landmarks, museums, shops, and restaurants.

There are 2 entrances to Paycom Center located at the northeast and northwest corners of the venue on Reno Avenue. A third entrance can be found on the southwest side of the arena by the Budweiser Brew House and Old No. 7 Club, just off Robinson.
Guests with Club and Suite tickets can access their seats directly from a fourth entrance on the east side of Paycom Center, across from the Courtyard by Marriott parking garage.
Doors open 90 minutes before most events, though this is subject to change.
Paycom Center has a total of 48 restrooms, spread across all levels, including 12 unisex family bathrooms.

Accessible Drop-off/Entrance
Guests may be dropped off near the entrances at Reno and Robinson. From here, elevators near the northwest entrance provide access to all seating levels.

Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for hearing-impaired guests at no extra charge. These may be checked out at the Guest Relations desk just inside the Northeast Entrance, across from Section 105.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in the parking lots on the south side of Paycom Center. Entrances are available on SW 3rd Street, east of Robinson.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the arena.
Wheelchair Assistance
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available for guests requiring assistance to their seats. Requests may be placed at any entrance at the Guest Relations desk.

Guest Relations desks can be found near each entrance on the main concourse, as well as at club and suite level entrances.

ATMs
ATMs are available in the box office lobby, as well as at Sections 106, 119, 228, and 301.
First Aid
First aid facilities are available on the entry level across from Section 112. The arena is also equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) located near the elevators at Sections 106, 210, 228, and 310.
