Guests can be dropped-off/picked-up on Borror Drive, which runs along the north side of the Schottenstein Center. For Uber/Lyft, enter Scarlet Lots 1–2 on your app.
The Schottenstein Center can be reached by a COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) bus from Downtown Columbus.
Visitors to the Schottenstein Center can cycle to the venue along the picturesque Olentangy Trail. The journey is approximately 7.7km.

Restrooms are available on all levels at the Schottenstein Center. All restroom facilities are accessible. In addition, the arena has a family/unisex restroom on the Entry Level, across from Section 124.

Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located in Guest Services at Section 123 and remains open for 30 minutes after events.
Guests looking to locate a lost item after leaving the venue should submit a Lost Item Report. Items will be be kept for 30 days before being donated or discarded.
First Aid
First Aid is located on the Entry Level at Section 118 and on the Terrace Level at Section 331.
