Driving is a popular way to reach the venue because of the ample car parking within the area. Visitors can also access the arena through public transport, using Cincinnati bus services.
Below you can find general information on travel and parking for Fifth Third Arena. Individual events may have additional/restricted services available, and so we recommend clicking through to the event and viewing the Travel & Parking tab for event-specific information.
Parking in the main lot at the rink is reserved for Fifth Third Arena clients. Parking is not allowed in the rink lot for Blackhawks games or for other stadium events. Visitors to the facility should be prepared to tell the security guard in the parking lot which user group they are with to gain access to the lot.
There is street parking located along Ogden Avenue, Wood Street, the south side of Jackson Boulevard and the north side of Van Buren Street. There is also parking available with restrictions along Adams Street.
Buses may drop off and load up on West Jackson Boulevard parallel to the main entrance. Bus lines with stations closest to Fifth Third Arena:
Downtown, Columbus’ central neighbourhood, is the best place from which to explore every edge of the city. With a bus and bike-share system, it’s super easy to get around.
Fifth Third Arena Concessions Stand is a great place to grab a bite to eat. Located inside Fifth Third Arena, the concessions stand offers a variety of meals, snacks, and catering food packages for players, spectators, and event planners.
Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited. Several water fountains are located throughout Fifth Third Arena.
There are sets of entrance doors located on the east, west, and north sides of Fifth Third Arena. Additional entrance doors are located through the third floor of the Richard E. Lindner Center.
All public restrooms on the upper concourse and lower concourse are equipped with baby changing stations. There are also 8 new accessible family restrooms.
Accessible Drop-off
Guests with accessibility needs may be dropped off at the Bearcat Statue Circle in front of Fifth Third Arena (enter at Corry Blvd). There will be an Accessibility Tent at this location. Volunteers will be available to transport guests via wheelchair from the tent to/from seating in the arena.
Shuttle Services
A limited number of golf carts will be available to shuttle guests with accessibility needs between Corry Garage and Fifth Third Arena. Guests who are in need of this service should visit the Accessibility Tent outside of Corry Garage.

Fifth Third Arena has automated teller machines (ATMs) located in the east and west concourses.
Elevator
The elevator is located in the north concourse of Fifth Third Arena. For men's and women's basketball games, the elevator is accessible to any patron with a disability from the upper level to the mid level. However, we request usage only when necessary.
First Aid
Emergency medical personnel are on duty at each athletics event. Medical personnel can be contacted during an event by notifying the nearest event staff member, usher, or security guard and informing them of the situation and location of the incident.
Fifth Third Arena has a capacity of approximately 12,012. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
