Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It boasts an enormous array of parking options in the nearby vicinity and robust public transport links close by, so it's easy to arrive at the stadium in any number of ways.

There are a wide range of event parking options in the vicinity of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
As well as a variety of surface lots located a short walk from the venue, there are 2 on-site garages – the Gateway East Garage and JACK Cleveland Casino Garage – which can accommodate 3,300 cars.
Both are accessible with multiple passenger elevators allowing access to the FieldHouse at ground level, while the former also has a connecting bridge leading directly into the venue, which is accessed via Garage Level 3 from the elevators. Valid tickets are required to enter the venue via the bridge.
The Gateway East Garage typically opens 3 hours before an event starts for guests with Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse specific parking passes (Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters, or other events at the venue). The Gateway East Garage only has a limited number of designated accessible spaces – for vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol – which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also limited space for vans with a 9’6″ clearance.
When there is a dual event at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Field (such as when the Cleveland Cavaliers or Monsters play at the same time as the Cleveland Guardians), the Gateway East Garage will only accept parking passes that have been purchased in advance.

Take Interstate 90/Rt. 2 West. Follow signs to downtown Cleveland. Remain on Rt. 2 as I-90 curves away to the left. Exit at E. 9th St.; turn left on E. 9th St.; south to area parking.
From the South
Take I-77 North. Exit at E. 9th St. Follow signs to either E. 9th St. north or Ontario St. north to arena parking.
From the West
Take I-90 East. Exit at East 9th Street and proceed north to area parking. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is located at the corner of Huron Road and Ontario Street.
From the Southwest
Take I-90 East or I-71 North to the Innerbelt merge. Continue on the Innerbelt (I-90) East to East 9th Street. Proceed north to area parking. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is located at the corner of Huron Road and Ontario Street.

Bus is a popular way to reach Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse because of its connections with multiple Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) routes:
Tickets can be purchased via the Transit app, online at Shop RTA, or at a large number of vendor locations around Cleveland, a list of which can be found here.
You can also pay your fare (you will need exact change if you pay with cash) upon boarding the bus. Please note, if you're using the HealthLine BRT you will need to purchase a ticket from a vending machine at the station before boarding.
Passes allow for unlimited rides on any RTA bus or Rapid Transit anywhere in Cuyahoga County, from the time of first use until 03:00 the next day.
Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse can be reached via Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority's (RTA's) Red, Blue, Green, and Waterfront Lines. Get off at Tower City Center station, which is 550 m (7 min) walk. There are more than 8,000 free parking spaces located at RTA's rail stations, so park and ride is also a viable option for those looking to travel by car.
An RTA Walkway connects Tower City Center's food court with the venue's lobby. It opens 3 hours (4 hours for Cavs games) prior to an event and will close 3 hours after the event ends.

The Red Line uses a Proof of Payment system, so you will need to purchase a ticket from a vending machine at the station before boarding. On the Blue and Green lines, if you're travelling westbound (toward Downtown) you can pay the fare as you leave the train. If you're travelling eastbound (toward Shaker Heights) then you can pay the fare as you board.

RTA’s Walkway connects Tower City Center and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, providing easy access to the arena for fans riding RTA’s rail and bus service to Public Square. It begins at the Tower City Center food court and ends in the lobby of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The Walkway opens 3 hours prior to an event and remains open for approximately 3 hours after the event ends. For Cleveland Cavaliers games, the Walkway will open 4 hours prior to the game and remain open for 3 hours after the game ends.

There is a no re-entry policy in effect, except for medical reasons and emergencies.
Ahead of Cleveland Cavaliers games on Monday through Thursday and all Cleveland Monsters games, Atrium doors open 90 minutes prior to the game start with the inner doors opening 60 minutes before. Atrium doors open 2 hours prior to Cavs games on Friday through Sunday, with inner doors opening 90 minutes before.
There are 22 men’s, 24 women’s, and 2 gender-inclusive restrooms located throughout the FieldHouse, in addition to 4 unisex/family restrooms, all of which are accessible. All private suites are wheelchair accessible and also have full restroom facilities that are all-accessible.
The all-gender restrooms are located near Portals 29-30 on the lower Street Level concourse, adjacent to the Power Portal, and near Portals 58-59 on the FirstEnergy Loudville upper level concourse next to the Overlook Bar.
Sensory Bags
Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, fidget toys, noise cancelling headphones and other resources, are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at the Guest Services Booths located on the Street Level (near Portal 1) and FirstEnergy Loudville (near Portal 52).
Weighted Lap Pads
Weighted lap pads are also available upon request (at no cost by leaving an ID) at the Guest Services Booths located on the Street Level (near Portal 1) and FirstEnergy Loudville (near Portal 52).
Sensory Room
For each event Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse hosts, there is a designated Sensory Room for individuals who need to regroup after becoming overstimulated. Please reach out to any Guest Services Ambassador, or stop by a Guest Services Booth, to be directed to the Quiet Space.
Hearing Impaired Guests
Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse offers real-time captioning of all public-address audio during Cavaliers and Monsters home games, and *family shows (Disney on Ice, Monster Jam, etc.). In addition to the captioning displays on the 4 corner scoreboards of the FieldHouse, guests may also view captioned content on their mobile devices by visiting either Guest Services locations (Portals 1 and 52) to obtain an event code and instructions for that specific event. A limited number of hand-held devices that display captioning are also available for use during an event.
Sign language interpreters may be available for certain events. If a guest will need the assistance of a sign language interpreter, he/she is asked to contact Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
In addition, amplification devices (operable from any seat in the arena) and hearing-aid compatible devices are available for use during all FieldHouse events. Guests can pick up these devices at Radio Central, located on the Street Level at Portal 1. A driver's license or ID is required to borrow all devices and they must be returned at the conclusion of the event.
*Captioning does not appear on corner scoreboards once show begins and can only be viewed on mobile and hand-held devices
