Driving is a popular way of getting to Bojangles Coliseum due to the ample parking space available at the venue. To reduce traffic congestion and for events with large crowds, we suggest guests arrive one hour prior to the event start time. Please use Paul Buck Blvd./Arena Blvd to access the parking lots.
Visitors can also access the arena via bus services.

Bojangles coliseum has two options for event parking:
For ticketed events, parking is included in the price of your ticket and there is no additional fee. For non-ticketed events there is an $8 parking fee. For events that were postponed and rescheduled due to COVID-19, there will still be an $8 fee as parking was not included in the initial price of your ticket. Parking fees are subject to change for select shows.

Charlotte is a relatively inexpensive city to visit, especially compared to some of the more touristy cities in the US like LA and Chicago. While there are plenty of high-end hotels for the discerning tourist and business traveller, most of its accommodation is affordable yet trendy.
Bojangles' Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium offer several concessions options for guests. From Chicken Supremes and hamburgers at Kelly's East Side Diner on the upper level near sections 121-122 to BBQ- pulled pork sandwiches and local craft beer at The Local Tap on the lower level near sections 118-120.
Outside food and beverages, including bottled water, are not permitted inside the Bojangles’ Entertainment Complex venues unless due to a medical or dietary necessity or for infant dietary needs.
For most events at the Bojangles' Entertainment Complex, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol. All alcohol sales require a valid photo ID as proof of age.
The Bojangles' Entertainment Complex doors typically open at least one hour prior to the event. Please check your event information for entry and VIP entry times.
Restrooms are located conveniently throughout the venue.
The BOplex encourages those needing to purchase tickets in accessible seating areas to do so as far in advance as possible. One accessible seat and up to three companion seats can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Temporary auxiliary aids and services to qualified individuals with a disability may be provided.

First Aid services are on staff and located in designated First Aid stations for all public events. If you need First Aid assistance, contact the nearest usher, security guard or police officer. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of emergency personnel and staff.

Bojangles Coliseum has a capacity of approximately 8,600. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
