The Bank of America Stadium is located close to the centre of Charlotte and is easily accessible by public transit, car, and taxi services. There are many parking spaces near the stadium for visitors bringing their own vehicles.

There are more than 30,000 parking spaces within a 10-15 minute walk of the stadium. Parking operators lease parking spaces on a game-by-game or seasonal basis near Bank of America Stadium. Public buses and light rail stations are also within walking distance of the venue.
Non-NFL Parking
Bank of America Stadium offers the ability to secure parking adjacent to the stadium for non-Panthers events. Lot 1, also known as the Mint Street Parking Facility, is located at the corner of Mint and Graham streets and is directly across from the stadium's North Gate. Parking for fans with disabilities is available on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles displaying a handicap placard. This location offers convenience and ease, offering 3 entrances and exits.
Handicap Parking
Bank of America Stadium does not have reserved handicap parking. Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, located at 1000 Blythe Boulevard in Charlotte, provides a game day shuttle for guests with disabilities for Panthers games only. An accessible parking placard is required to use the service.
Patrons using the service should park in Lot A at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. It is the first lot on the right off Medical Center Drive, which is the main entrance to Carolinas Medical Center. A police officer will be on duty in the lot to provide security. You and your companions will be shuttled to the intersection of Mint, Stonewall, and Graham streets adjacent to Bank of America Stadium.
The City of Charlotte advises fans to pick up and drop off using their preferred rideshare app at the corner of Third and Church Sts. next to Romare Bearden Park.
Game day taxi service is located 2 blocks north-east of Bank of America Stadium on Church Street between First and Stonewall streets. Please proceed to the taxi cab stand at this location after the game if you need the services of a taxi.
Charlotte is a relatively inexpensive city to visit, especially compared to some of the more touristy cities in the US like LA and Chicago. While there are plenty of high-end hotels for the discerning tourist and business traveller, most of its accommodation is affordable yet trendy.
Concession stands offer a variety of stadium fare such as chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, nachos, pizza, barbecue and ice cream. You can find general concessions located on levels 100 and 500, whilst premium concessions are located on level 300.
All concession stands and bars at Bank of America Stadium are accessible to guests with disabilities. Guests may request additional assistance from the nearest team member at any food service locations.

Stadium gates normally open 2 hours prior to kickoff. The 3 stadium entrance gates (North, East and South) are equipped for accommodating guests with disabilities.

The LYNX Blue Line offers fast, quiet, convenient light-rail service between uptown Charlotte and I-485 at South Boulevard. Parking is available at 7 park and ride lots along the line. Stops at the Carson, Stonewall, and Convention Center stations put you within blocks of the stadium.
Fans can also catch a ride on Amtrak from Raleigh or 7 other stops to Charlotte for 13:00 games. The train arrives in Charlotte 3 hours before kickoff and departs at 17:00.
The stadium contains 95 total bathrooms, located conveniently throughout the venue. All restrooms are accessible to visitors with disabilities.
Nursing Rooms
A private room is available on each level of the stadium for nursing mothers. To access one of these rooms, visit the Guest Relations booth across from sections 119, 313 or 525.
Accessible Restrooms
All restrooms at Bank of America Stadium are ADA accessible. All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. Diaper changing tables are available in the family restrooms. A private room is available on each level of the stadium dedicated to nursing mothers. To access one of these rooms, visit the Guest Relations booth across from sections 119, 313 or 525.
Escalators
There are 4 bays at the 3 entry gates (one at the North Gate, 2 at the Lowe's Gate and one at the South Gate) with extra-wide escalators. One escalator in each bay arrives at the 300 Club Level. The other escalator in each bay takes fans to the 500 level.
Drop Offs
Drop-off for guests with disabilities is on the corner of Mint and Morehead.
Parking Shuttle for Disabled Guests
Bank of America Stadium does not have reserved handicap parking. Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, located at 1000 Blythe Boulevard in Charlotte, provides a game day shuttle for guests with disabilities for Panthers games only. An accessible parking placard is required to use the service.

The cost for this service is $40 per vehicle and begins approximately two hours prior to kickoff. You and your companions will be shuttled to the intersection of Mint, Stonewall and Graham streets adjacent to Bank of America Stadium. Guests will receive a wristband that will permit them to return to the shuttle post game. The shuttle will begin return service at half time. Service Animals
Only service animals for guests with disabilities are allowed in the stadium.
Accessible/ Wheelchair Tickets
A limited number of single-game tickets are available each year. Designated accessible wheelchair seating is located throughout the stadium. The sections are 105, 118, 125 and 138 in the lower bowl and 522, 525, 531, and 534 in the upper level.
Single-game accessible wheelchair seating is sold on a first come, first served basis. Should a patron need accessible wheelchair seating, arrangements can be made through the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office.
Guest Relations
Guest Relations Booths are located at each entrance gate and next to the 500 level elevator lobbies, providing information about the stadium, public transportation, restaurants and hotels.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, please notify one of the event staff or police officers in your area. Carolinas Medical Center emergency care stations are located on the 100 level across from sections 109-110 and 133-134, on the 300 level across from suite 310A, and on the 500 level across from sections 511-512 and 543-544. Registered nurses, doctors, and paramedic units are on duty.
