The Oncenter War Memorial Arena is easily accessible by car and bus transit services. Arena parking is situated in two close-by, reliable parking lots, whilst the nearest bus stops and drop-off zones are within walking distance of the venue.

The Oncenter Parking Garage & Parking Lot are operated by ASM Global and are the primary parking accommodations for events held in any of The Oncenter's three facilities (Convention Center, War Memorial Arena and Civic Center Theatres).
Additional parking is available in the downtown area however they are not affiliated with the facility. Pricing and policies may vary per location.
Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the facility, event-specific parking rates will be listed on entry signage. Overnight parking is not permitted.
The CENTRO Transit Hub is located a few blocks from The Oncenter. There are bus stops located along State Street near each building.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed in The Oncenter. All major concession stands accept credit cards. Apple Pay, Android Pay, and other touchless payment options are available in most locations. Select concession areas may be cash only.
Entry
For most events, doors open 1 hour prior to start time. Entry locations may vary per event. Please follow signage and the direction of staff to locate entrance points if the main lobbies are not being utilized.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted. Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into The Oncenter, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed. For most events, this includes going outside to smoke.

Seating that is accessible to patrons who use a wheelchair is located on a platform, accessed by a ramp, in front of sections 104-106. These sections are most easily accessed through the Montgomery Street entrance. Seating may vary based on individual event diagrams. Seating for people with other mobility and/or visual is located in row AA in the mezzanine concourse around the arena.
Hearing Devices
Complimentary assistive listening devices are available for patrons attending events in the Crouse Hinds Theater, Carrier Theater, and Bevard Theater. Our infrared (IR) system allows signals to be received through the assistive listening device, which is worn around a patrons’ neck. These devices may be signed out for shows from any of the Guest Services Ushers.
Parking
The Oncenter Garage and Parking Lot, both located at 800 South State Street, provide designated accessible parking for persons with disabilities. This area is located across from The Oncenter Convention Center and can be used for people attending events at all three Oncenter buildings. There is also accessible street parking located on Madison Street, between The Oncenter War Memorial Arena and The Oncenter Crouse Hinds/Carrier Theater. A valid, appropriate disability hangtag or license plate is required to park in a space identified as reserved for persons with disabilities; the person who the registration of the accessible parking hangtag or license plate belongs to must be in the vehicle and identification is required. Guests should arrive as early as possible to ensure space availability and to reach their seats prior to showtime. All parking is ‘first come, first served’.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted into The Oncenter. Each service animal must remain with its owner at all times and be must be housebroken, on a leash, harness, tether or otherwise under the owner/handler’s control.
Wheelchairs
If you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please ask the nearest usher or security person for assistance. Courtesy wheelchairs will then be returned so that other patrons may receive assistance. Please contact your nearest usher or security person when you would like to leave so that a wheelchair may be located and dispatched. At no time are these wheelchairs to be used as a patron’s seat for viewing an event.
ATM
ATMs are available in all three of our facilities; they can be found in the main lobby.
Elevator
Elevators are located throughout The Oncenter venues. If you require assistance, any employee of The Oncenter will be happy to help you locate an elevator in the respective building.
First Aid
In the event of an emergency, please notify any Oncenter representative to ensure emergency personnel are notified and dispatched. There are first aid locations in each of the venues of the Oncenter. Paramedic & EMT staffing vary based on event needs/requirements.
Guest Services
All Oncenter staff serve as Guest Services and are ready to help with any questions you may have about the services and amenities within The Oncenter.
Lost Items
If you lost an item during an event, please contact the nearest Oncenter staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items to the nearest staff member. All lost & found items will be turned in to The Oncenter Security Office (615 Montgomery Street, Syracuse NY 13202). Items will be held for 30 days with unclaimed items donated to charity thereafter.
Oncenter War Memorial Arena has a capacity of approximately 7,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
