As one of the world’s most famous cities to visit, it is inevitably also one of the most expensive. Fortunately, anything is possible in New York – even when it comes to finding affordable accommodation. As long as you compromise on quality or centrality. That said, some of the best bits of the city aren’t actually in the centre anyway, so don’t overspend to be near to Times Square because you really can have a great time anywhere.
There are 2 main gates, the East gate, and the South gate. Spectators are generally directed to a specific gate via Flushing Meadows Corona Park, depending on where they have parked, or disembarked from public transport.
All guests will be screened by security personnel upon entry. For a full list of prohibited items, click here.
