Fontainebleau Las Vegas is located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Parking is available on-site for guests, and it is also well-connected to Las Vegas' bus services and monorail transit system.

🅿️ Parking

All guests and Nevada residents receive up to 4 hours complimentary parking on-site at the resort. Self-parking is otherwise $20 for between 4 and 24 hours.

Valet parking is available for $35 to $40 per day. Guests can validate their valet parking at many of the resort's on-site restaurants, bars, and lounges.

As the gambling capital of the USA, Las Vegas is notorious for its high-profile luxury hotels and casinos, many of which are considered highly exclusive. However, most of these including Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and Palms Casino Resort, are in prime locations on the Vegas Strip, and there’s plenty of more affordable options if you’re willing to look elsewhere.

📍 Where To Stay

From shopping to gambling and entertainment, Downtown has just as much to offer as The Strip, yet it is slightly more affordable. While The Strip is the most famous gambling street in Sin City, the casinos in Downtown's Fremont Street are often more budget-inclusive.

Located halfway between The Strip and Downtown, North Strip’s hotels are often more affordable. While the location is convenient to explore both of Vegas’ biggest tourist centres, it is quieter and not as close to restaurants and attractions.

The Arts District swaps the bright lights and big characters of Downtown Vegas and The Strip for a down-to-earth urban atmosphere. From the Arts Factory to the Art Square, expect to find cool shops, cafes, galleries, installations, and performances.

The Summerlin district, which is just 15 minutes from Downtown Vegas and The Strip, offers families a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of the city itself. As well as having its own shopping and dining centre, Summerlin benefits from being close to nature spots like Sloan Canyon.

With a free shuttle operating from Downtown to the bottom of The Strip, it’s easy to explore Sin City. Those wishing to see what else Las Vegas and Nevada have to offer would benefit from a car.

About Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a 67-storey hotel, resort, and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester Nevada, a sister property to Fontainebleau Miami Beach. It hosts concerts, sports, and entertainment events in its 3,800-seat BleauLive Theater. Standing at 737 feet (224.6 metres) in height, it is the tallest occupied building in the state.

📜 History

The project was first announced in 2005, but it went through numerous ownership changes over the years, which included an 8-year period in which it stood around 70 per cent completed but with no construction taking place.

It finally opened in 2023 at a total cost of $3.7 billion. The resort is located on the former site of the El Rancho Hotel and Casino and the Algiers Hotel.

Fontainebleau's BleaLive Theater has already hosted boxing matches as well as music acts including Justin Timberlake and Post Malone. It was also selected to host the 2024 NHL Awards ceremony.

The resort boasts a wide array of more than 30 restaurants including Don’s Prime, Chyna Club, Papi Steak, Washing Potato, and La Fontaine, as well as several bars and lounges.

The South Entrance is recommended for guests attending events, having a meal, or visiting the casino. The North Entrance is recommended for guests checking in to stay at the resort.
