Caesars Superdome is easily accessible by car and public transportation services. There are multiple car garages and lots within close vicinity of the Superdome, as well as transit lines with routes that pass near the stadium.
Below you can find general information on travel and parking for Caesars Superdome. Individual events may have additional/restricted services available, and so we recommend clicking through to the event and viewing the Travel & Parking tab for event-specific information.
The complex has a total of 7 parking garages for public parking and 2 surface lots. The parking garages and surface lots are adjacent to the Superdome and the Smoothie King Center. The public parking garages are designated #1, #1A, #2, #2A, #5, #6 and Champions Garage. The surface lots are designated as Lot 3 and Lot 4.
A bus stop is located on Poydras Street across from Gate A Ground Level. Take line 16 or 84 and get off at Poydras + S. Robertson bus stop, which is approximately 300 m (4 min) walk from the venue.
Although New Orleans is one of the least expensive tourist cities in the US, it offers a full range of prices and styles from budget to luxury. Just be wary about visiting during Mardi Gras though, as prices will sky-rocket.
There are plenty of food and drink offerings located on every level of the stadium. From nachos, Cajun fried chicken, and shrimp to peanuts, ice cream, and popcorn snacks, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the Superdome.
Entry location varies per event, but your recommended entry gate will be listed on your mobile ticket.
Bikes racks are available for use in Lot 3 on the wall closest to Champions Garage. Patrons can access the bike racks in Lot 3 from the pedestrian gates at the corner of Dave Dixon Dr. and LeRouge St.
Restrooms
The Superdome provides plentiful restrooms conveniently located throughout the stadium. Disabled facilities are available at all restrooms.

Accessible Restrooms
Accessible facilities are provided on all levels throughout Caesars Superdome. Accessible restrooms are also located on the ground level outside the Northeast and Northwest tunnels.
Accessible Drop-Off Area
Caesars Superdome has a designated drop-off area located at the Sugar Bowl Drive entrance (Gate A, north side of the stadium). Individuals must possess a disabled parking placard or license plate to access this area. Please be aware that it may be difficult to drop-off and/or pick-up patrons due to heavy traffic and congestion.
Service Animals
Service animals and guide dogs are welcome inside the venue.
Wheelchairs
The Superdome has a limited number of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid government issued identification card is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Guest Relations Center located at Gate B Plaza Level. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. The Superdome does not provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs.
Wheelchairs brought to the Superdome may be stowed at the Guest Services desk by Gate B. You may either have a companion bring the wheelchair to be stowed, or personally go to the Guest Services desk at Gate B and check the wheelchair, in which case an usher will take you back to your seat in a Superdome wheelchair.

First Aid services are provided during all events at the Superdome.

For lost and found information during an event, patrons should visit the Guest Relations Center located at Gate A Plaza Level.
Caesars Superdome has a capacity of approximately 76,468. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
