Kia Center is conveniently located in downtown Orlando. If you're visiting by car, there's easy access to the GEICO Garage from SR408 and I-4. You can also utilize public transportation options, including SunRail and LYMMO, or rideshare options like Uber and Lyft.

The Kia Center has multiple options for event parking:
Reserved/pre-paid parking purchases at the GEICO Garage are available through Ticketmaster or the Kia Center Box Office during regular box office hours. Purchases must be made by 17:00 on the day before the event.
Other parking options may be purchased through the Orlando.gov website.
Taxis and rideshare can pick up and drop off on the roads surrounding the venue.

The Kia Center can be reached via the SunRail. Get off at Church Street station, which is 400 m (5 min) walk to the Kia Center.
As one of the world’s most visited destinations, accommodation prices in Orlando are notoriously high. That said, it’s possible to visit on a small-ish budget if you opt for hotels and motels located further from the popular parks.
The Kia Center offers delectable dining experiences catering to diverse palates and budgets. Jernigan's, the exclusive Club Level restaurant, offers exceptional cuisine with a spectacular view overlooking the arena bowl during Orlando. There are also options to dine and drink in the exclusive Sky Lounge, ULTRA Club, O3 Bar, and Bud Light Baseline Bar.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the arena. However, individual exceptions to this policy can be made for medical purposes.
The main entrance is located off W Church St.
Entry Inspections
All patrons are subject to metal detector inspection, visual inspection, pat-down inspection and bag inspection. Visit the prohibited items section for reference on what is not permitted in the venue.
Re-entry
Kia Center has a no re-entry policy. Patrons who leave the venue will not be admitted for re-entry without an unused or unscanned ticket.
There are 170 bicycle storage racks in the GEICO Garage which is adjacent to the Kia Center (25 West South Street). Storage is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are also bicycle racks located under I-4 between Church Street and Pine Street.
Thanks to its central location, the Kia Center is an 1.8 km (22 min) walk or less from many places to stay in downtown Orlando.
Kia Center includes 37 restrooms conveniently located within the venue. Baby changing stations are located in all accessible restrooms throughout the Kia Center.
Accessible Parking
Convenient accessible parking is located in the GEICO Garage, which is next to Kia Center. Patrons using the GEICO Garage may access Kia Center via the 5th-floor pedestrian bridge, which connects to Kia Center's Terrace Level (Level 3). There are also accessible parking spaces in surface lots and garages in the area surrounding Kia Center.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible and three-companion seats are available at locations throughout Kia Center, offering guests the choice of price flexibility, diverse amenities and different views. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. It is important to indicate when buying tickets if you require wheelchair accessible seating.
Service Animals
Kia Center prohibits the entry of any pet or animal that is not a service animal.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available for loan at either one of the Guest Services stations located on the north end of the Terrace Level (Level 3), at section 111, and Promenade Level (Level 5), at section 219. Patrons will be required to leave a driver’s license or government-issued photo ID card at Guest Services when checking out a device, to be returned when the device is checked in at Guest Services.
Wheelchair Escorts
Kia Center provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to patrons with special needs when requested. An escort is available from point-of-entry into the arena to your seat and again from your seat to your point-of-exit at the conclusion of the event. Please note that neither staff nor the wheelchair will remain with you for the duration of the event. There are no wheelchair escorts available outside of the arena.
Sensory Resources
As the first NBA arena in Florida certified by KultureCity as "sensory inclusive," Kia Center offers the following resources for patrons with sensory processing needs: sensory bags, weighted lap pads and photosensitivity glasses (which can be checked-out at guest services at no cost). Bags also include a special badge for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-cancelling headphones and other items.
First Aid
EMTs and AEDs are located on-site during all events. If you are in need of first aid assistance, contact guest services or security staff member. First Aid is located on the Terrace Level, near Section 118, and Promenade Level, near Section 230.

During an event, stop by the Guest Services Desk or ask a security staff member for assistance.
Kia Center has a capacity of approximately 20,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
