Chase Center is located approximately 3.5 km southeast of downtown San Francisco. Event parking is available, but public transport links are plentiful and this is the recommended way to get to the stadium, because event tickets also serve as an all-day pass on the Muni (San Francisco Municipal Railway) public transit system (excluding cable car).

The Chase Center has several options for event parking:
Parking at Lot A costs $40 on weekdays and $50 on weekends. There may be limited day-of parking available at 150 Warriors Way and Mercedes-Benz Garage, which open 2 hours prior to tip-off.
Accessible parking spaces are available at the Mercedes Benz Garage and 150 Warriors Way Garage. Please let the parking attendant know of your need when you drive up and they will accommodate you.
There are several pick-up and drop-off zones located within a single block of the stadium. There is a taxi stand located on southbound Terry Francois Boulevard.
Ramp Taxis should use the loading zone on eastbound Warriors Way at Bridgeview Way.

Event tickets at Chase Center also serve as Muni tickets, so you can ride for free on the day of the event.
Muni also runs an Arena Express shuttle – the 78X – directly to Chase Center on game days. It can be caught from 16th Street Mission BART.

Event tickets at Chase Center also serve as Muni tickets, so you can ride for free on the day of the event.
On weeknights, the last trains depart San Francisco Station at 22:09, 23:09, and 00:03. On Saturdays, the last trains depart at 22:00, 23:00, and 00:00, and on Sundays, the last train departs at 22:00.
Trains are timed to coordinate with the finish times of games at Chase Center, and the venue will announce last trains to give fans the chance to travel back safely.
On weeknights, the last BART train to the East Bay departs Embarcadero Station at 21:36; the last train to Peninsula departs at 22:15. On weekends, the last BART train to the East Bay departs Embarcadero Station at 21:42; the last train to Peninsula departs at 22:22.
The ferry service connecting Pier 48 1/2 in San Francisco and Oakland and Alameda is available on Warriors home game days. It is an 800 m (10 min) walk to the venue from there.
Chase Center is also just a 400 m (5 min) walk from Pier 52, which is accessible via the Berk - P52 - P1.5 and Berk-SF ferry services.
Public bike parking is available at various locations around Chase Center including 16th Street and Terry Francois Blvd. The venue also has a bike valet service which opens 1-2 hours prior to event start time.
The stadium is an 3.2 km (38 min) walk from the San Francisco Civic Center, so if you're staying downtown and don't mind a moderate walk through the city, it is reachable on foot.
There are 2 primary entrances into the venue: the Event Center Main Entrance on the northeast end of the Esplanade, and the Event Center Southeast Entrance.
Arena doors are scheduled to open 90 to 120 minutes prior to the start time of each Golden State Warriors game. while for touring events, door times will vary.
All guests entering the arena are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection and bag inspection conducted by Chase Center Security Team Members.
Chase Center has a “no re-entry” policy during all events at Chase Center. Guests who leave Chase Center during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket.
Toilets are located on every level of the arena.
All entrances into Chase Center are wheelchair accessible. The venue has designated specific ADA entry lines to ensure a smooth entry process.
Assisted Listening Devices are available to guests at no charge for all Chase Center events. Assisted listening devices can be retrieved at the Guest Services kiosks located at Portal 13 and Portal 52. Valid identification, such as a driver’s license, will be required and held for the duration of the event to ensure the return of the device. Identification will be returned once the assisted listening device is returned.
All eateries have counters which are designed to be accessible by wheelchair.
Disabled and accessible seating is available at Chase Center in all ticket price categories, based on availability. Guests purchasing accessible seating may purchase companion seating as well. Chase Center will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern regarding guests with disabilities.
American Sign Language Interpreters are available upon request for certain Chase Center events. To schedule an ASL Interpreter for an upcoming event, please contact the Guest Experiences department at guestexperiences@warriors.com. Chase Center requests that guests provide a 10-business day notice prior to the event date in order to schedule an ASL Interpreter. Requests made inside of 10 business days does not guarantee an interpreter can be acquired.

Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to assist guests to and from their seats. To request a wheelchair, please visit the Guest Services kiosks located Portal 13 and Portal 52 or text (833)-CC4FANS. Wheelchairs are not available for rent.
Chase Center has a capacity of approximately 19,500. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
