As the home of movie stars, rock stars, and business tycoons, LA is notoriously expensive to visit. Some of the USA’s most covetable hotels are located here, including the Chateau Marmont and the Beverly Wilshire, as well as luxury villas with private pools and views across the Hollywood Hills. However, the city caters to the masses and there is plenty of more affordable accommodation too.
The Rose Bowl offers a wide range of concessions for visitors to enjoy. For those who love the gameday classics, there are hot dogs, burgers, nachos, pretzels, popcorn, and other traditional snacks. Fans looking for something more unusual might prefer the teriyaki chicken bowls, carne asada, or BBQ sandwiches. There are also stands selling churros, crepes, ice cream, candied almonds, and kettle corn, for anyone with a sweeter tooth.
As well as these stands on the concourse, concessions are sold by hawkers who walk through the seating areas with options like bottled water, frozen lemonade, peanuts, and soda.
All transactions at the Rose Bowl are cashless, including concession sales.
Accessible drinking fountains are located outside every restroom in the stadium.
Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff, except the premium seating gate (Gate F) which opens 2 hours before games.
All tickets are now digital and can be displayed on a phone or other device at the entry gates.
There are restrooms throughout the stadium.
All restrooms at the Rose Bowl are accessible. There are also 5 restrooms that include a section for a person with a disability accompanied by a carer or attendant, or for a child accompanied by an opposite-sex parent.
Wheelchair assistance to help visitors move to and from their seats is available on a first-come first-served basis. Once inside the stadium, visitors can request this service before the game by texting (626) 400-5119, and the same number can be used for requesting assistance after the game is over.
Service animals are allowed inside the stadium.
UCLA provides Customer Service tents inside and outside the stadium to support visitors and answer any questions. Within the Rose Bowl, these tents can be found at Gate D (Tunnel 9), Tunnel 28, Gate F, and on the concourse opposite the Pavilion.
Medical personnel are located in the public safety building on the concourse opposite Tunnels 27 and 28. During games, EMS teams are also stationed at the tunnels at sections 2, 8, 15, and 22.
UCLA offers an online enquiry form for anyone who loses an item at a football game.
As the Rose Bowl has transitioned to cashless payment, 4 reverse ATMs have been installed that allow visitors to exchange cash for a debit card loaded with the same amount. These are located in the Customer Service areas in the Admin Building, at Gate D, at Gate F, and at the 16 ticket window booth at Gate B outside the stadium.
Rose Bowl has a capacity of approximately 88,565. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
