Onsite parking is available for all events at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, where Legacy Arena is situated. Red, Orange, Gold, Purple and Silver lots surround the venue, leaving guests less than 500 m (6 min) from the entrance. Parking generally costs $20 to pay on the day.
Legacy Arena's rideshare pick-up/drop-off point can be found on the corner of 10th Avenue North and 18th Street North.
Max Transit buses serve stations close to Legacy Arena multiple times a day. One of the easiest ways to reach the venue is to catch either a Route 18 or Route 40 bus from Central Station in downtown Birmingham, and disembark at 19th St N and 10th Ave N, directly outside the arena.

The main entrance for Legacy Arena is located at the ramp on the corner of 19th Street North And 9th Avenue North.
Legacy Arena welcomes guests with disabilities and their assistive animals. Wheelchair accessible seating can be found in most odd numbered sections of the lower level (Section 100).

Guest Services is located on the main concourse level at Sections 9 and 10 of Legacy Arena. Staff at Guest Services are happy to handle all information requests, emergency issues and lost property enquiries.
