The Arena is close to central Worcester and is easily accessible on foot.
Worcester may be a small city, but it has a full range of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets. Most are located in Worcester city centre, the cultural and commercial hub of the city. Not only are the cityโs biggest attractions located here, but the best shops, bars, and restaurants are also found here.
On event days, the Arena provides a cafe that serves sandwiches, pastries, hot snacks, and drinks. There are also vending machines on-site where visitors can buy snacks as well as hot and cold drinks.
Drinks, hot food, hampers, and cool boxes cannot be brought inside the Arena from outside. The only food that can be brought to the Arena are sealed items.
There are permanent toilets available on-site.
Personal assistants and carers can book one free ticket to any event where they attend with a wheelchair user who has bought a ticket.
All events feature wheelchair accessible viewing areas and assistance dogs are allowed into the venue (although this is discouraged at very loud events).
Induction loop audio systems are fitted at the Visitors Reception, the Main Arena Hall, the Joel Richards Conference and Media Suite, and the informal viewing area.
There are numerous accessible toilet facilities on the ground and first floors, with clearly signposted directions. There is also an extra large, fully accessible changing room/toilet on the ground floor, with a height-adjustable changing bench, a hoist, and room for up to 2 assistants or carers.
There are lockers adjacent to the main hall which are available for public use during events. Visitors can use these by requesting an access card at reception.
