Craven Cottage is located on the north bank of the River Thames in Fulham, approximately 9 km southwest of the centre of London. Parking is exceptionally limited and traffic is restricted in the surrounding area on matchdays, so arrival by car is not recommended, but it can be easily reached via a number of public transport methods.

Parking in the vicinity of the stadium is extremely limited, and matchday access to the surrounding streets is restricted by a Traffic Management Order.
Non-residential pay-and-display visitors are limited to 1 hour maximum stay between 09:00 and 21:30 on all matchdays, including on Bank Holidays. On non-matchdays, controlled hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday.
Complimentary accessible parking is available upon request to both disabled home and away supporters at Fulham College Boys' School (Kingwood Road, London, SW6 6SN). From here, an accessible shuttle bus runs to the stadium and back.

Access to the streets surrounding the venue on matchdays is restricted by a Traffic Management Order, but you should be able to be dropped off nearby particularly if you arrive early. When leaving the stadium, you may wish to get clear of the venue and surrounding streets to get picked up more easily.

A wide range of food and beverages are available to purchase from concessions points throughout the stadium, including traditional fare such as pies, burgers, Cumberland sausage sandwiches, and hot dogs. Beers and wines are also available for purchase, but during football matches they cannot be consumed within sight of the pitch and cannot be taken to your seat.
Meal deals and complimentary fruit for junior fans are available in the Family Zone, located in the Johnny Haynes Stand Block K concourse.
The main entrance to the ground is located on Stevenage Road. Please note, there is no entrance for the Riverside Stand from Bishops Park, only the Stevenage Park side.
There are 55 turnstiles, primarily located along Stevenage Road. Gates typically open 90 minutes before kick-off.
Toilets are located throughout all 4 stands at the venue. Accessible toilets are available in and around the stadium; they can only be unlocked via radar key, so please request assistance from a nearby steward or club official.
Baby changing facilities are included in some of the accessible toilets.
Assistance dogs are permitted inside the stadium, but the club should be notified in advance to ensure the spectator and their dog can be accommodated.
Radio headsets providing audio commentary are available to loan during matches; these must be reserved in advance on matchdays and can be booked by contacting Fulham's Disability Liaison Officer. They can be collected from the Collection Booth on Stevenage Road.
Induction loops are fitted at the Ticket Office, fixed concourse catering units, and in Craven Cottage's main reception.
Wheelchair accessible areas offer complimentary catering pre-order services available 30 minutes prior to kick-off for pre-match and half-time delivery; please speak to a steward for further information.
