Glasgow offers a diverse range of accommodation options and neighbourhoods, with everything from trendy boutique inns, budget hostels, and luxury hotels sprinkled throughout the city's neighbourhoods.
There is a wide range of food and drink available at Scotstoun match days, including burgers, fish and chips, pizzas, vegan alternatives, doughnuts, beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and hot drinks. There are also 2 stadium bars, The Clubhouse and The Clyde Bar. The Clubhouse, which is located at the north-east corner of the stadium, is of the most popular spots for a pre and post-match drink. It opens 90 minutes before kick-off, and closes 1 hour after the final whistle; arriving early is encouraged, if you wish to make use of the Clubhouse bar. The Clyde Bar is a recently-installed fully-covered fan bar, located at the south-east corner of the ground.
Spectators cannot bring alcohol into the stadium. Cans other heavy, solid, or glass containers are also prohibited. Spectators are however permitted to bring-in soft drinks measuring up to 500 ml, in sealed plastic bottles.
The main stadium entrance is located off Danes Drive, and there is also another entrance - the North West Gate - located at the north-west of the ground, which is especially convenient for visitors travelling via Scotstounhill train station. There are also turnstiles located around all sides of the ground.
Spectators who have received their match tickets prior to the game can enter via any of the stadium entrances. Spectators who wish to purchase a ticket at the ticket office, or need to collect a pre-purchased ticket should enter via the main entrance.
Baby change facilities are located in the Main Stand and the North Stand. Whilst there is no dedicated nursing room, indoor Clubhouse seating may be used.
Accessibility
There are accessible entrances at Scotstoun which can be used by spectators who cannot enter via turnstiles, located at the North Stand (Purple Gate) and South Stand (Blue Turnstiles). These entrances can be reached via level ground, and stewards are on-hand at the entrances on match days to assist attendees. Access can also be gained via the stadium's main entrance, though this may not be open to all spectators on match days.
Within the stadium, there is level ground access to the disabled-accessible match viewing areas, and lift access where required.
Toilets
Accessible toilet facilities are available within close proximity to the disabled-accessible viewing areas, in both the North and South Stands. The ground close to the accessible toilets is slightly sloped.
Scotstoun Stadium has a capacity of approximately 9,708. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
