Many of the roads around the stadium can be used for drop-offs and pick-ups, but please note that any taxi stops should be done quickly, without extended waiting times, to avoid falling foul of the local residents' parking scheme.

Coventry is a small and inexpensive city to visit with a choice of mid-range and budget hotels available throughout its centre, and a selection of higher end hotels in the surrounding countryside.
Each concourse offers a range of fans favourites such as hot dogs, pies, and burgers. You can also try Costa Coffee and Singers Bar & Bistro if you want to have a few drinks before the game starts, and The Mill Bar, located on the ground floor, offers a chic atmosphere for a pint, a bite to eat, or just a coffee. Tables can be booked online. Coffee and Bake House is another option located in the stadium's main atrium area, next to guest services.
The shopping centre next to the stadium also offers a wealth of fast food options. There is also a Tesco’s supermarket.

Accessibility
Disabled visitors looking to enter the Ericsson Indoor Arena should use the main atrium. Step-free access is available within the stadium bowl through concourse entrances, where the accessible seating areas are located.
There are 86 wheelchair areas allocated for the disabled and their carers situated in the West, East, North, and South Stands. For the ambulant disabled, there are specific accessible seating locations throughout the stadium bowl.
Please note that whilst the CBS recognises Blue Badges in its disabled car parking spaces, these alone will not entitle visitors to other accessibility amenities at the Arena; disabled visitors are encouraged to bring additional documentation pertaining to their disability, should they require additional assistance during their visit.

Sensory room
The Coventry Building Society Arena was the first top-tier rugby venue to set-up a pitch-facing sensory room for people with disabilities. The room offers a safe place for people with autism and other disabilities away from the bright lights and loud noise, and is open during most large events at the Arena.
It is not difficult to reach the CBS Arena from outside Coventry - it can take less than 35 minutes from Birmingham, and less than an hour from London (via London Euston station). If you are travelling from outside Coventry, you will likely need to change at Coventry station. You can then take the West Midlands Railway line from Coventry Train Station to reach the Coventry Arena station, which is located just a 190 m (2 min) walk from the CBS Arena's doorstep. This journey takes 16 minutes.
There are multiple bike racks on the stadium grounds (Phoenix Way). There is also a small number of sheltered bike racks at Coventry Arena train station, which is a 190 m (2 min) walk from the stadium entrances.
It is a 4.7 km (56 min) walk to the stadium from central Coventry, but from nearby suburbs such as Neal's Green, Holbrooks, Longford, Wood End, and Radford travelling on foot is a much more viable option.
There is a police control box in the corner between the West Stand and the South Stand.
