Ice Arena Wales is located in the international sports village in Cardiff Bay. It is directly next to the International Pool and the front entrance faces the pool's front entrance. The arena is easily accessed via car and has parking available on arrival. There are also good public transport links.

There is free parking available in the main Ice Arena car park and the International Pool overflow car park.
The former Toys R Us car park will be available. The car park will be manned with security and will open 2 hours prior to the start of the event and will close around 2 hours after the finish. The cost to park here will be £3 for the night. There are nearly 300 spaces in this car park.
Wilcox House car park is located directly across the street from The Harvester restaurant close to the arena. This is slightly more of a walk, but still only about 5 minutes to the front door of Ice Arena Wales. This also costs £3.
There is a limited number of designated disabled spaces at Ice Arena Wales. You’ll find these spaces in the main car park adjacent to the arena and Cardiff International Pool. From the parking area, there is a short walk to the main entrance.

Cardiff Bus operate the Number 9 service which departs from Westgate Street in the City Centre and drops off directly outside the arena.
A train service operates from Cardiff Central Station to Barry Island and the station to disembark for Ice Arena Wales is Cogan which is a 900 m (11 min) walk from the arena.
Although it’s a capital city, Cardiff is quite reasonably priced, and there will be something to suit every taste and budget, even in the city centre.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the venue.
