Sandringham Estate

Sandringham Estate, also known as Sandringham House, is a royal residence located in Norfolk, England. It serves as a country retreat for the British monarch and has been owned by the royal family since 1862 when it was purchased by Queen Victoria for her son, the future Edward VII. The property is situated amidst 20,000 acres of gardens, woodlands, and farmland. The estate is renowned not only for its picturesque setting but also for its historical architecture and royal legacy. It was first opened in 1870 and has since been modernised several times to suit the needs of successive generations.
