Children aged 15 and under are entitled to free Grounds access when accompanied by a ticketed adult (no ticket or pre-booking required). Children of all ages will require tickets to access any hospitality area.
There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
Throughout the tournament active duty, guard, reserve, veteran, retired military, and Bexar County first responders (police, sheriffs, EMTs, firefighters, etc.) and 1 guest are entitled to free general admission Grounds tickets – which must be ordered online in advance – and free parking at River City Community Church, Thursday-Sunday.
They are also permitted access to the Heroes Pavilion, where they can enjoy complimentary hot dogs and snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and covered seating (additional in-venue concessions are also available for purchase).

You can also purchase parking upon arrival at either lot for a slight premium (credit card only).
Shuttles will transport spectators to and from these lots and TPC San Antonio, running from 06:00 until 2 hours after play ends.
VIP sponsor parking is located at Summit Christian Center (2575 Marshall Rd, San Antonio, TX 78259) for those with the appropriate pass. Shuttles from this lot run until 2 hours after play ends, starting at 06:30 on Thursday and Friday and 07:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Taxis and rideshare services can pick up and drop off on-site at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort, in the parking lot Row 6, near the Resort tennis courts. From there, spectators will enter the tournament through the VIP entrance to the left of the clubhouse.
Please note, to call for a pick-up spectators must be near the resort tennis courts.

TPC San Antonio is not directly accessible by train, but San Antonio station can be reached via Amtrak's Sunset Limited and Texas Eagle services. The venue is 35 km north of the station.
Unless you're staying on-site, it's not practical to arrive at this venue on foot.
