The tournament was run very well, and most of the fans enjoyed it.to watch the top players in the world competing for a super 1000, I would encourage anyone to loves badminton to go to the tournament next year. there were lots of food and drinks available for the fans, shops for merchandise and many more. On the whole it was a great even.
Great
The environment is fantastic but the price of the sport shops are more expensive compared to last year. 👍

most memorable experience where you get to watch all the top players from all over the world playing live on court. however, the seating rows are too near , restricting movement, if you need to go toilet in between games. movies seats is an example to follow, more leg space, more walking space going in and out from your seat.
Nice ambience
Excellent
Outstanding play by multitude of world class players
Play was brilliant (although if you couldn’t get there for the first and last games every day you didn’t get to see the no.1 seeds). Great variety of food outlets. No wi fi for visitors. Malaysians friendly as ever.
It's an amazing experience!!!
The toilet facilities should be improved Under maintenance toilet should be fix before the event as many crowds need to use it. The event assistance should be alert on spectator seating as there are many people sat not at their booking seats and this disturb others when the person who own the seat came. It was annoying as the movement blocked other people view.

Honestly, this year’s Malaysia Open felt less vibrant compared to previous editions. In comparison, the Malaysia Open 2022 delivered a much stronger atmosphere and overall experience.
For a Super 1000 event, the stage setup was underwhelming and did not reflect the prestige of the tournament. There was no jumbotron or large display screens, which made it difficult for spectators, especially those seated further away, to clearly follow the matches and replays.
Considering the high ticket prices, the overall experience felt average and below expectations. Basic production elements such as stage design, lighting, and screen visibility should be standard for an event of this level.
While the energy inside the arena remained decent, it was largely driven by the spectators themselves, whose enthusiasm helped create the atmosphere despite the limitations.
From a ticketing perspective, it would be better if sections 314–322 and 416–418 were fully sold as paid tickets instead of being heavily allocated as complimentary tickets. Excessive complimentary distribution has led to unreasonable resale prices, creating unfairness for genuine fans who are willing to purchase tickets through official channels.
Reducing complimentary tickets and prioritising fair ticket sales and better crowd management would help improve both the atmosphere and the overall fan experience.
With improvements in production quality, screen setup, and ticketing strategy, future editions could better reflect the Super 1000 status and deliver value that matches the ticket prices paid by fans.
First PMO in my life with my 6YO boy, we are truly enjoyed the matches.

Had a wonderful and enjoyable time. Congratulations for organising successfully.
overall the game was good good i have no problem as a spectators but this year got no big screen outside? (asking in proper way)
the usherer to our seat also really helpful as usual.
room for improvement for the vendors inside and outside the arena maybe if you’re using qr option please use the universal one because the internet is really really bad it takes so much time to top up our e wallet.
also vendor inside the venue please have more hard copy of the merchandise instead of qr scanned price list.
the internet is freaking slow, fix the internet or have more options for us so we can shop easily.
Seating arrangement is not desirable, because of free seating policy, audience has to come and queue early in the morning for better seat, should adopt reserve seat system and let buyer select the seat when they buy the ticket. Also, the stadium should set up some souvenir shop selling some mascot or related souvenir.
Great time at the All England. A tremendous atmosphere and brilliant badminton.
The seats were not positioned as shown on the diagram
the semifinals matches started too late, and hence ended too late. There is a huge TV camera capturing the matches from the right side of the court, which blocked the view of the court! this was not mentioned when purchasing the tickets and it is a very bad experience for many whose views were obstructed
Very fun

enjoying the event and very happy can meet and greet with international player 😍. see again on PMM on may
