The Strade Bianche Donne - Strade Bianche Women and also known as the Strade Bianche Rosa - is an annual professional women's road cycling race in Tuscany, Italy. The race takes its name from the white gravel roads winding through the Chianti countryside on which the action takes place.
First held in 2015, the race is recognised as the opening event of the UCI Women's World Tour, female cycling's top-tier competition. It is often on the same day as the men's race at the beginning of March on a similar yet shorter route.
Strade Bianche Donne Tickets
The race takes place over public roads and so no entry ticket is required to watch the cyclists; simply choose your spot along the route and get there in plenty of time before road closures to cheer them on. Hospitality tickets are available at certain parts of the day's route.
As the Strade Bianche men's race is on the same day, you can take advantage and see both races!
