The venue also recommends that drivers check whether any Boston Red Sox matches are taking place at Fenway Park on the day of their visit. Should there be a Red Sox match scheduled, drivers are encouraged to park in lot which is situated on the same side of Fenway Park as their homeward destination. For example, those travelling from the west of Fenway Park should use a lot located on the west side of the stadium.
The MGM Music Hall at Fenway is not located far from central Boston, and as such travelling to the venue by taxi from within the city is often relatively quick. From North Station rail station, for example, the journey takes between 10 and 25 minutes, depending on traffic. Drop-offs and pick-ups can sometimes be completed on the roads surrounding the venue, but travellers should ensure their vehicles are not stopped for long, as fines are distributed for cars parked on certain streets at certain times, such as on Fenway Park match days.

The closest rail station to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway is Kenmore, which is located just a 750 m (9 min) walk from the Music Hall. Kenmore station is served by the B, C, and D Branches of the city's Green Line subway route.
It is relatively straightforward to cycle around much of Boston. From Downton Boston you can cycle to the Music Hall in approximately 15 minutes. From the West End and North End the journey takes closer to 20 minutes.
There is a small number of free, uncovered bike racks located outside the Boston Arts Academy Theatre on Ipswich Street, an approximately 100 m (1 min) walk from the Music Hall. Further bike racks can be found outside Fenway Park, along Lansdowne Street, just a 230 m (3 min) walk from the Music Hall.

Boston is famously a very "walkable" city, meaning pedestrians will likely find travelling to the MGM Music Hall at Fenway on foot a pleasant experience from many nearby suburbs. The Music Hall is located a 3.5 km (42 min) walk from Downtown Boston, but from the West End and North End the walk will be slightly longer: from North Station rail station, for example, it is a 4.2 km (50 min) walk.
