Amazing day after we got in stadium.
Very rude bar staff in fan zone. I Asked if it was card payment only, i was told if you want to pay cash go home to your local pub.
Win a football in fan zone. I was told at turnstille cant bring it in. Asked if there was a bag store was told no and they took the ball away from my son. Dont give away prizes and then take them away.staff ruined soccer aid. When the game was brilliant.
Wonderful day as always, great line up and was well organised in general
We had a fantastic time, full family day out, there was some down sides half time entertainment only the people in front could see him as he was facing the tunnel the other 3 sides couldn't they could only watch on the screen this was disappointing again when the trophy medals given out this was the same, we also felt he could of sang more than one song, considering it was the 20th anniversary nothing really spectacular felt it was the same as every other year, the food and drinks was also extremely over priced.
Excellent entertainment, stadium is amazing, the crowd and atmosphere. Tom Hanks ! The money raised is astonishing well done.
Favourite day of the year, better than Christmas Thank you

It was absolutely brilliant however would be much better for people travelling if it was on a Saturday or had been the first Sunday if half term as it took HOURS to get out of London. Soccer aid itself was great fun though.
I love going soccer aid it never disappoints !! It’s my 5th year in a row now and I’ve never ever had a bad experience with it! I’m just really happy when I’m there.

PRO'S
* Well organised and the crowds were controlled in and out.
* Good choices of players.
* Good venue choice
* Good halftime entertainment
* Joe Marler working the crowd
CON'S
* The referee was too strict though and could've made it more entertaining by awarding 'soft' penalties and relaxing offsides etc.
* We were sitting in the accessible area with our disabled children and could clearly see and hear others around us who were NOT disabled and openly admitted that they book these seats for the free 'carer' tickets and better views as no one checks for DLA/PIP paperwork.
Very good family oriented event. Only downside was entry through the turnstiles as we waited in a really long queue to get through but didn’t on previous visits so not sure why.
Great day though 👌
SOCCERAID for UNICEF

Sorry to say that we didn't manage to get to the match but watched it on tv and really enjoyed it. Hopefully we can get tickets next year!
The event was very entertaining but the organisation of crowds around the stadium before the game was really poor
People were queuing at the turnstiles across the path of hordes of fans trying to get around d the stadium
People were squashed some were irritable and no one was available to take control s d guide people through
Fantastic evening. Would be even better if it was an hour earlier for the children attending, had two songs in the half time show (a lot of time setting up for one song), and easier to obtain the pre bought programs.
Good match but needed more going on in fan zone as very busy and massive queues. Also getting into the seats itself through the turnstiles was horrendous
Another great night full of entertainment. A true family feeling.
Really good time, getting in and out off the ground was easy ,the atmosphere in out off ground was excellent

Could of been ruined. There was stalls selling flags scarfs hats blow horns inside old trafford ground and outside the grounds and food n drink outlets.
We bought our son a blow horn and a drink for us all .
When we got to the turnstiles the stuards told all the kids they had to put there blow horns in the bin and everyones drinks . Kids were devestaded and cring . These items were bought actually on site . But u was refused entry if u didnt bin it .
Once we binned it all as soon as we went thru turnstiles , there was food n drink outlets inside where we had to re buy all our drinks again.
Wasnt happy
I have been to many scoocer aids - this by far was the worse organised one in terms of stewards , atmosphere , the contection with celebrities!! There area where the bus arrived that is normally so much fun and the fan zone was full of one direction fans that didn’t even have tickets for the ground meaning that people that had paid to be there couldn’t get close . The compair in the ground was shockingly bad this year. There wasn’t enough stewards which meant lost of the ones Taft where there were rude and aggressive, not what is needed at a family charity event that is normally so much fun . The players families came straight on the pitch which meant very few even did a lap around the pitch to wave to fans. Was very poor this year and old Trafford has had its day as a hosting venue.
Outside the ground was awful there was no organisation the queueing system was useless to many staff standing around and not helping sort out the mess
Great family event. Would be better, as there are a lot of families who attend, if the ko was earlier, say 5.00 or 6.00?
Amazing gets better every year I really wish they would hold it at the emirates stadium
